The terms that apply when ordering made-to-order furniture from Furniture Ideal.
Furniture Ideal products may be made to order and production timing can vary by item, finish, measurements and delivery location. An order becomes active after confirmation by the Furniture Ideal team and any required deposit. Product specifications, delivery expectations, cancellation eligibility and balance terms are confirmed against the order record. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
